2. Deposits
Deposits for scheduled or large-scale projects are used to secure materials and allocate labor. Deposits may be non-refundable once procurement or project work has begun.

3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Service was not delivered as agreed
• Duplicate payments were made in error
• Project cancellation prior to any work or material procurement
