Cancellation Policy

At A.E.M. Electric Services, we understand that project plans may change. We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fair scheduling practices for both our clients and our team.

1. Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24–48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other customers efficiently.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if the technician has already been dispatched or materials have been prepared.

3. Emergency or Weather Conditions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

4. Project Deposits
For larger electrical projects, a deposit may be required. Deposits are generally non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.

5. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule appointments based on availability. We encourage clients to communicate changes as early as possible to avoid disruptions.
